Parts Warranty

All parts (batteries, chargers, etc. excluding the items listed below) are warrantied to be free of manufacturers defects for 14 days from the date of delivery. We recommend that you thoroughly check all warrantied components when you receive them.

There is NO WARRANTY for e-liquid, disposable e-cig units, coils or pods for ANY reason and returns/exchanges are NOT accepted for these items. As tastes are subjective we highly recommend purchasing a single bottle when trying new flavors of e-liquid. There are no returns or exchanges for the shading/color of any E-Liquid. Variations in shading/color are normal as E-liquid will darken over time with exposure to light & air. These variations in no way effect the flavor or strength of the E-liquid. Occasionally in high VG liquids some separation may occur as the lighter flavoring & PG rise to the top, this is natural and is easily remedied by shaking the bottle vigorously

There is NO WARRANTY FOR tank clearomizers, cartomizers, clearomizers & the associated replacement parts for ANY reason & returns/exchanges are NOT accepted for these items.

There is NO WARRANTY for issues relating to the taste of the vapor produced by the atomizers. We recommend proper care & maintenance of the atomizers.

There is NO WARRANTY for parts that have been damaged by cross threading. Please use care when attaching/detaching threaded parts.

Please take your time & shop carefully double checking your order before it is placed and after you receive the order confirmation. We do NOT generally accept returns for items ordered in error. If we do agree to accept a return for items ordered in error the items MUST be unopened & unused. A 20% restocking fee WILL apply in these situations, you will be responsible for returned shipping & any shipping fees paid on the original order will not be refunded/credited.

Returns

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR PROCESSED WITHOUT A RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)!

To receive an RMA please email [email protected] please include your original order number, a description of the problem and specifically what part(s) the problem you are having is with. Please also include your contact information (email address & phone number) as often the situation can be resolved without returning the item.

Returns are accepted for warranty items only (defective parts). Returned items found to be defective will be replaced, no refunds or store credit will be issued. Return postage to us is at the buyers expense, shipment of the replacement part(s) is at our expense. Shipping method of returns/replacement items is at our discretion regardless of shipping method of original order.

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO USE APPROPRIATE & STRONG ENOUGH PACKAGING IN SENDING RETURNS. STANDARD ENVELOPES ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO CONTAIN METAL PARTS. REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE SENT FOR EMPTY ENVELOPES RECEIVED THAT WERE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT DUE TO INSUFFICIENT PACKAGING.

All items replaced under warranty are thoroughly tested & operating correctly, therefore this is no warranty on replacement parts.
